By order of the Prime Minister, Veselina Mincheva was appointed Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth

Veselina Mincheva holds Master’s degrees in Law and Pedagogical Sciences from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

Her career as a lawyer spans more than 25 years. She specializes in commercial, civil, property, bond and administrative law. Veselina Mincheva has considerable experience in the field of public procurement, European funding and the implementation of European projects, recruitment and investment protection, patient advocacy, management of healthcare facilities, among many others.

As part of her giving back efforts, she is a teacher at Sofia Vocational High School “Princess Evdokia” of the specialized class “Judicial Administration”.

Veselina Mincheva is a founder and an active member of non-governmental organizations in health care, sports and youth.

In 2013-2014, she served as an Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors of the „National Palace of Culture – Congress Center“.
