The Ministry of Innovation and Growth announces that, as of January 2, 2026, applications for the issuance of a certificate for a high-tech or innovative project (Startup Visa) will be carried out through the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds in Bulgaria (ISUN 2020).
The submission of documents will be conducted electronically, in accordance with the established conditions and procedures via the following application LINK. Detailed application guidelines, as well as all technical and procedural details, are published in ISUN 2020.
