The Minister of Innovation and Growth, Daniel Lorer, held a meeting with Margrethe Vestager, Executive Vice President of the European Commission for a Europe Fit for the Digital Age in Brussels. The two discussed investments in science, education and innovation – areas that can bring young people back to Bulgaria and improve the image of the country. They also talked about the possibilities of encouraging entrepreneurs to develop new businesses, including social innovations.
The importance of INSAIT – the new Institute for Computer Sciences, Artificial Intelligence and Technologies in Sofia where world-renowned scientists will be trained was underlined during the meeting.
